stuff to buy stuff to do stuff to see

There's a little part of you that would like to make a movie, no? Well, we've got a film festival for you where the barrier to entry is almost nil. It's called the Disposable Film Festival and it's scheduled to take place this summer in San Francisco. The only video camera you're allowed to use is the kind you can pick up at a RiteAid or CVS for under $30. While the basic nature of the camera provides some limitations, really, it's the old 'the only limitation is your imagination' thing. Movie can be no longer than five minutes and the categories are Experimental, Comedy, Documentary, Music Video, and Narrative. It costs $15 to enter.
