stuff to buy stuff to do stuff to see

It should come as no surprise to anyone who happened to be following Marco Evaristti's career (the website isn't work-safe) that he's recently revealed plans to turn the an area of snow on Mont Blanc red, using biodegradable paint. The idea is to highlight the problem of pollution. Evarissti dipped his toe in this ink before when he painted the tip of a Greenland iceberg red. The Chilean-born resident of Denmark earned notoriety for a Danish museum installation that featured live goldfish floating in blenders – blenders that could be turned on by viewers. For that, the head of the museum -- not Evaristti -- was charged with cruelty to animals. He was later acquitted.
