If you're considering upgrading your mouse, or if you've been having any repetitive stress issues, here's a head's up.
Humanscale has designed a mouse with ergonomics foremost in mind (though it looks sharp, too). The two key innovations are a V-shaped base that allows the forearm to rest in a more natural position, according to the company. They've also created a scrolling, five-button navigation dish that allows for smaller scroll increments, again lessening stress on the hands. By moving the stabilizer, the mouse works equally well for lefties and righties, as well as people with large mitts.
Humanscale says the Switch Mouse will be available in late May or early June.
