stuff to buy stuff to do stuff to see

The people behind Taquitos.net, the self-proclaimed "Crunchiest Site on the Interweb," care very, very deeply about snacks -- as nutrition, entertainment and culture.

Browse more than 3500+ snack items, from the common to the obscure, from the salty to the chocolate and kreme-filled. Read thorough reviews of each snack (on Andy Capp Cheddar Fries: "Not very cheddary. Serious aftertaste...Way too much residue on your hands and in the crevices of your mouth").

Discover potato chip flavors popular in other countries (sour cream and clam? Thanks, Canada!). Marvel at the sheer bounty level of snack-related information (dying to know what Dunder-Mifflin's staff snacks on? Take a tour of "The Office's" vending machine).

And find out which are the 10 worst chips ever -- the octopus-flavored ones were only #9 -- but wouldn't you like to have been in the meeting where the octopus flavor was first suggested? ("You've got a winner there, Stan!" "What do kids love? They love octopus!" etc.)

Basic general feedback - learned of you through MUG and like the idea of efficient notice of interesting / novel stuff. However, your daily email should be be short and sweet and not require one to scroll. Think of a tasting menu...

I had seen these fellow on a local food show here in MA, Phantom Gourmet. They were so much fun, and I agreed with most of thier reviews on items I'm familiar with. This site reflects that.
