We don't really remember life before Flickr, the photo utility and online album extraordinaire that makes it pie-easy to share photos with one person or a million of them.
In a bit of genius that's officially our new favorite time-waster, webhead David Troy has taken the Frapper mapping idea and layered it elegantly over Flickr, creating a map that displays photos (with captions) as they're being uploaded by users all over the world.
While we wrote this, Flickrvision displayed -- among other images -- a mouthwatering close-up of blackberries at a Parisian market, a dirtbiking rally in Germany, a wedding in Hawaii where the bride and groom were attended by their dogs, a cameraphone snap of Norah Jones in concert, Londoners ordering fish and chips, and an unidentified beach that made us yearn to put our toes in the water.
It's a documentary mosaic in real time that begs to be bookmarked.
