Onto the Tate Britain, onto the Royal Opera House, and onto London's National Gallery, Martin Firrell has projected his artworks. They're mostly text, sociological in nature, meditations on -- and as ephemeral as -- life, placing art in the everyday civic realm. (One piece of text cautions, "Do not make assumptions about what is or is not art").
Right now, he's got a new piece on his site, a Super Secret Thingy (as the web a address has it) called Hero that features actor Nathan Fillion (Waitress). It will also be a large-scale projection. The less we say here about it, the more impact it will have.
