Season 1 winner, Harold (Dieterle) recently opened Perilla in NYC...Stephen (Asprinio) has two projects due to open shortly: the restaurant Forté di Asprinio in Palm Beach and a wine boutique in L.A. called Tastevin...Tiffani (Faison) is working as a private chef and consultant in San Francisco and Los Angeles. A restaurant? Maybe...
Andrea (Beaman) continues teaching cooking classes and working as a natural nutritionist and holistic health counselor...
Miguel (Morales)
is a Sous Chef at the Mandarin Oriental in NYC.
From Season 2, Elia (Aboumrad) is the Executive Chef at THEhotel's Tower at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. She recently got engaged...Carlos (Fernandez)
is the Executive Chef and co-owner of the Hi-Life Cafe in Fort Lauderdale...
Betty (Fraser) still owns her restaurant Grub in Hollywood...Sam (Talbot) was supposed to be the chef at forthcoming Spitzer's Corner in NYC but is now a 'Consulting Executive Chef' which means, basically, stay tuned...And what of Marcel (Vigneron)? He says he's on a 'radical sabbatical'. You can take a class he's teaching called Lobster Three Ways in August at the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay, California.
