Show album collectors know they're not in a growth industry. But the closing of Footlight Records, first in NYC, and -- as of July 28th -- online, is especially sad news. There wasn't anyone quite like them. Until then, they've got some great deals going.
The website Cast Albums doesn't sell original cast recordings, but they do track everything related to same -- news, upcoming releases, a database of recordings and so on.
We'll miss Footlight, though.
