In November, Eva Zeisel will be 101; so far in her career, she has created over 100,000 designs. We're feeling like complete slouches this morning.
Best known for her vases, glasses, and dinnerware, the Hungarian-born designer has joined forces with Adam Bass Zeisel, her grandson, to create the Eva Zeisel Originals cybershop.
Not only is it a cheering collaboration, it cuts across generations, time, the tactile and the digital, art and commerce. You can watch a video of and about the artist here.
