Well, see for yourself: Meatpaper is that very thing; debuting next month, it's four issues a year of meat from every angle.
Behind the enterprise are Sasha Wizansky, a visual artist and graphic designer and Amy Standen, a reporter for KQED public radio's science and environment program. As the editors write, "Meat polarizes us unlike any other food; it's the Hillary Clinton of the freezer aisle."
So, yes, it's one of the crazier ideas we've heard lately. And yes, we're all set to dig in. It's $28 for a subscription.
