We'd like to say we've read (or remember reading) War and Peace, Hamlet and The Scarlet Letter, but in truth, we're using the Tolstoy as a doorstop and find ourselves reaching for Vanity Fair (the magazine, not the Thackeray novel) more often than for entries in the canon.
So we love the idea behind DailyLit: Give them your email address (or snag their RSS feed), and they'll send you one page of a classic title every day, free of charge.
Knock out Dante's Inferno in a little over a month, finish Wuthering Heights by Christmas, and War and Peace...well, there'll be a new president by then. But at least you can say you read it.
