Rhinestoned skull jewelry, your days may be numbered.
Bethan Lloyd Worthington is a 25-year-old English artist whose hand-painted ceramics with starkly charming motifs such as (in her words) "dutty rabbits in neckerchiefs" or "Eastern European witches" have already tickled gallery-goers from London to Houston.
Her latest project may be the best yet: Worthington's created a line of tea-set charm bracelets, heavy chains off of which dangle miniature hand-painted ceramic teapots and cups, with a result that's fabulously old-world, intriguingly different from much current bauble design and veddy, veddy English. If Beatrix Potter had a dark side, she might wear one of these.
Each bracelet is unique (contact the artist to select -- or commission -- the charms) and a bit of a steal ($40 to $50, plus shipping).
