That's the gimmick of The Dead Guy Interviews by Michael A. Stusser, who conducts (fictional) interviews with people too dead to kick up much of a fuss.
The surprise, though, is how entertaining each of the interviews is. You get a short bio of the person, after which you'll find out why Crazy Horse refused to meet the President of the United States ("I refuse to be Chief Sellout Photo Op!"); how Mae West learned so much about the opposite sex ("Like I always said, 'I feel like a million tonight, but one at a time, please.'"); and why Michelangelo signed only one work.
