The Recycline company is no bandwagon-jumper: it's been around for over a decade, making eco-friendly products for the home.

They do, though, have a new line called Preserve Kitchen so far consisting of colanders, cutting boards, and food storage containers, all dishwasher safe, that are made from recycled plastics and paper. The founder of the company, Eric Hudson, says, "Small everyday steps like using a 'green' colander, cutting board or food storage container can make a big impact, leading us all to think about the other steps we can take to preserve the planet."

The Recycline products are sold at Whole Foods.
