Disruptive, creepy, possibly evil neighbors make for great party chatter, but living with them is another story.
So we're intrigued by Rottenneighbor.com, a just-born service that lets you investigate neighbors before you rent (or --yikes! -- buy). How it works: Type in your zip code and within seconds you'll be (virtually) wandering the street of your choice and reading complaints flagged on a map. They range from the classic "old lady upstairs can't hear how loud her TV is" to the curious and potentially COPS-ready "guy next door has people coming by all hours of the night--drug dealer?" And, by all means, be a good neighbor yourself: post your own rotten neighbor on the map.
