Here's a holiday album we pretty sure you don't own, and it's a beaut.

Mindy Smith, a singer-songwriter blessed with enormous skill and a caress of a voice, has two full-length albums to her credit, both of which get a lot of play on the getTRIO rotation. The new album is called "My Holiday" and it's a mix of Christmas classics and new material. The classics include a simple, lovely "The Christmas Song," "Away in a Manger" (Alison Krauss provides harmony), "I'll Be Home for Christmas," and "Silver Bells."

It's the new material that arguably provides the best moments, though, from the affecting "Santa Will Find You" to a Beatles-inflected, gently-driving "Come Around."

And when Smith sings the lilting "It Really Is (A Wonderful Life)," you'll find it impossible to argue.
