We don't know about you, but the idea of working with family members seems far-fetched, especially after all the togetherness of the holidays. Yet some people do it with aplomb.
Aplomber than most, brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, from France, who keep charging up the design world, one brilliant idea after another. Have a look at their Floating House, their smashing Worknest office chair for Vitra, and their Stone Lights (illuminated crystals).
For anyone into design, just checking on what the brothers are doing is its own pleasure. But someday, we'd love to walk into a store called Bouroullec Home, in which everything has been designed by them and we can afford at least some of the merch.
