Edible... is a new series of quarterly magazines focusing on communities around the country, from Edible Cape Cod to Edible Memphis to Edible Missoula (who knew Missoula was edible?), all the way to Edible Hawaiian Islands.
The idea is to feature local, seasonally grown foods; showcase the farmers and purveyors of those foods; and to provide tips on the best dining, festivals, and other related events in the area.
